Just Honey Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Just Honey badge reel! If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn badge reels in their original condition. To start a return, email us at justhoneystudio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at justhoneystudio@gmail.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Personalized/Custom Items: Personalized or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect.
